This location offers PT, OT, and speech services. The position requires multi tasking and time management skills. Provides support in medical office to include scheduling patient appointments, functioning as a receptionist to patients and visitors. Preparing and processing patient information, typing, organizing and compiling materials. Requirements 1.Education and Training High school level coursework in english grammar, composition and basic mathematics. 2.Experience One year clerical experience required, medical office experience preferred. 3.Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
  • Light typing skills and knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Knowledge of specific computer software may be required for designated areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to learn new computer systems and retrieve required data.

Schedule:
M-F, Occasional floating to our other location to cover other office staff on vacation but not often.
