50 to $53.00 per hour (depending on experience) This is a Physical Therapist opportunity with a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system serving east central Ohio, recognized among Forbes' top 100 hospitals nationally. The organization operates multiple outpatient and inpatient care settings across a six-county region and offers cross-training across units. This position reports to the Rehab Manager and works as part of a rehabilitation services team that uses Epic EMR for clinical documentation. Schedule This position is available in three configurations: 31 hours, 33 hours, or 40 hours per week. Specific shift days and hours should be confirmed during the interview process. Compensation $39.50 to $53.00 per hour, depending on experience. A sign-on bonus is available (amount to be confirmed with the employer). What You'll Do In this role, you will evaluate referred patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver both group and individual therapy across a range of diagnoses and presenting conditions. You will document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Epic EMR in accordance with department standards and regulatory requirements. The position provides exposure to multiple care settings within the system, including acute rehabilitation, outpatient, and other units as coverage needs arise, offering ongoing clinical variety and cross-training opportunities. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff to coordinate care and support patient progress toward functional goals. All clinical activity is conducted under the supervision structure established by the Rehab Manager. Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Ohio Physical Therapy license in good standing, or ability to obtain prior to start date Minimum of one completed clinical rotation in a rehabilitation services setting (acute rehab, skilled nursing, acute medical, outpatient, home health, or behavioral health) Proficiency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Prior experience with Epic EMR Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or multi-specialty rehabilitation setting Familiarity with group therapy delivery in a clinical environment Interest or background in cross-specialty coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings Compensation and Benefits $39.50 to $53.00 per hour, based on experience Sign-on bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) or retirement plan Paid time off Full benefits package as offered by the organization To Apply Submit your application through this posting.
