Role Description:

The Experience Coordinator provides an exceptional experience that transforms patients into lifelong advocates for chiropractic care and the vitalistic lifestyle. They cultivate trust and understanding through meaningful education, create consistency through accurate communication and case management, and contribute to the growth of the practice through patient retention, referrals, and five-star experiences. Their success is measured not only by operational excellence, but by the lives they influence and the growth they help create.

Objectives:

Greet every patient by name with energy, confidence, and full presence. Deliver consistent, intentional health and chiropractic education to every patient, every visit. Reinforce doctor recommendations clearly and confidently Build rapport and maintain awareness of patient context and progress Drive clinic growth through reviews, internal referrals, and KPI achievement Ensure every patient encounter is prepared for before the adjustment begins Complete all visit notes accurately in real time Teach and reinforce therapeutic exercises Manage case documentation, communication, and follow-through Prepare the clinic before every huddle; lights, music, computers, adjustment areas Maintain a clinic environment that reflects excellence every day

Physical Requirements:

On feet for up to 10.5 hours a day Ability to sustain a consistent pace and level of high engagement throughout extended shifts Ability to move frequently and quickly throughout the clinic and transition quickly between tasks
