Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth arrival experience Verify patient information, insurance details, and appointment schedules accurately and efficiently Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments with professionalism and care Collect and process payments, co-pays, and billing information while maintaining confidentiality Maintain organized records of patient visits, updates, and correspondence in compliance with privacy regulations Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate timely appointment scheduling and follow-up care Support medical administrative functions such as managing referrals, preparing documentation, and updating medical records Skills Proven experience working in a medical or dental office environment with strong knowledge of medical terminology Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, providers, and team members Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in medical administrative support tools such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software Prior experience in a dental office is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in delivering compassionate healthcare by ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
