Summary:
Certus Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced individual in Skilled Nursing Centralized Admissions/ Intake to join our Centralized Intake Team! This opportunity will be an in-office position, located in Mayfield Heights Ohio, that will focus on processing of referrals, input of information, and the financial authorization side of the admissions process. Prior experience with insurance, insurance verification or business office responsibilities will be a great fit for this position! Salary for this position is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with some flexibility in start and end times. The interview process for this position will include a virtual initial meeting and potentially a 2nd interview in person, including an onsite skills assessment during the second interview. vaccines This position will work out of our corporate office in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
We are seeking someone who:
Has prior experience with running benefits eligibility and insurance verification on in coming resident records Has a general knowledge of submitting for authorization for entry into skilled nursing Has the ability to work independently Can multi-task but maintain organization and follow through for multiple communities Understanding of the admissions and discharge process in long term care This position is ideal for a someone with prior experience in long term care admissions, Therapy Team members, and business office managers. Must have experience with insurances and payers in the healthcare setting as well as the admissions process. Candidates do not have to have a clinical background, but clinical knowledge is preferred. Detail oriented, fast-paced environment, multitask, looking to continue in long term care case management. interested in future potential growth.
