Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)Join a Family-Oriented Hearing Healthcare Practice We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to become the right-hand person to our owner and play a vital role in the day-to-day success of our practice. This is more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to become a trusted member of a close-knit team that truly cares about its patients and each other. Our office has a warm, family-oriented atmosphere where patients are treated like family and team members are valued for their dedication, reliability, and compassion. The ideal candidate is someone who wants a long-term home, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating exceptional patient experiences. What You'll Do Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments Make appointment reminder calls Prepare patient charts and daily schedules Pull and organize patient files up to 5 weeks in advance Verify insurance information and discuss benefits with patients upfront Educate patients regarding insurance coverage and out-of-network benefits Assist with minor insurance-related administrative tasks Clean and service hearing aids Maintain office organization and appearance, including light cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.) Support daily office operations and help wherever needed Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships What We're Looking For Positive, dependable, and trustworthy personality Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable discussing insurance and financial responsibilities with patients Ability to work independently, especially during solo office coverage Team player who enjoys helping others Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity

9:00 AM•5:00
PM Tuesday:
9:00 AM•2:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM•1:00
PM Friday:
