What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Answer phones and help create an exceptional first impression for every patient Schedule appointments efficiently and help maintain a productive doctor and hygiene schedule Present dental treatment plans clearly and confidently Discuss financial arrangements and comfortably collect patient payments Help patients understand the value of their dental care and guide them through next steps Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance-related questions Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and patients Stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and phone skills Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments Strong multitasking and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-focused Ability to connect with patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Dental office experience preferred Experience with Eaglesoft or dental software is a plus Why Join Bright Smile Dental? Compensation Range:

Entry-level candidates: approximately $19-23/hr Experienced candidates: approximately $23-30+/hr (Pay is based on experience, communication skills, and ability to contribute to patient care and office growth.)
