• Immediate Opening at Washington Square Nursing & Rehab We're looking for a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of our admissions process, build census , and help create an exceptional experience for every resident and family who walks through our doors.

This is not a back-office role. This is a people-focused, relationship-driven position where you directly impact the success of our facility.

Your Mission:

Be the first impression of Washington Square—and the reason families choose us.

What You'll Do:

Manage and coordinate all admissions from hospitals, families, and referral sources Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners Conduct tours for prospective residents and families Respond quickly to inquiries and convert leads into admissions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient transitions Help drive and maintain strong facility census

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where follow-up matters Experience in admissions, healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus—but we will consider the right personality
