• Administrive processing of Veteran pients in enrollment, benefits, and registrion.
• Counseling Veteran pients regarding entitlement enrollment for health care benefits and other special programs.

• Performing scheduling functions for Veteran pients including appointments, cancellions, and re-scheduling.
• Faciliting communicion between Veterans and other facility consult departments.

Specialized Experience:

Ability to collabore and communice with a wide range of medical clinicians across multiple disciplines (e.g. medical doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, psychirists, social workers, clinical pharmacists, and nursing staff) to accomplish team goal setting to ensure medical care to pients is met. 2. Ability to independently set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and regulions. 3.
