  • Full-time Lake Grove ENT is a well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical practice serving the Lake Oswego and greater Portland community.
We are seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is highly service-oriented, and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients. In this position, you will create a welcoming patient experience while managing scheduling, registration, and high-volume communication. You will serve as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff, supporting both front desk operations and administrative workflows. On-the-job training, including Epic electronic health records (EHR), will be provided. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently Complete patient registration and verify insurance coverage Handle high-volume inbound/outbound phone calls and faxes Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments Scan and manage patient documents within the EHR Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong customer service skills with professional demeanor and phone etiquette Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical office or similar role Familiarity with insurance plans and verification processes Experience with Epic or other electronic health records systems Experience working in a high-volume medical office
