Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming intake process for Mental Health. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help build positive relationships, gather essential information, and coordinate services efficiently. Duties Reach out to clients via phone, email or in person, establishing a positive first impression. New Client Entry/Intake.67 Calendaring Clients (new/cancellations/no-shows).67 Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of client requests and referrals. Email-process and answer all emails in a timely manner.67 Other duties as assigned. Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or sales environments Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism Ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and maintain positive client relationships Experience with Medical insurances and Simple Practice EHR a plus Previous experience in customer support or client services roles is desirable Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Intake Coordinator and be part of a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding service for Mental Health!
