The Implant Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Coordinator to help grow our practice and connect prospective patients with life-changing dental implant solutions. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who excels at phone communication, understands the value of premium implant care, and takes pride in building relationships with patients.

We are a specialized implant-only dental practice committed to transforming patients' lives through world-class dental implant procedures. Our practice is intentionally small, appointment-only, and focused exclusively on delivering exceptional implant care at the highest level. About the
Role:
As our Patient Coordinator, you'll serve as a key member of our team managing patient consultations and appointments. Your primary focus will be calling prospective patients, answering questions about implant procedures, booking consultations, and conducting follow-up and confirmation calls. You'll work within our CRM system to manage all patient interactions and scheduling. You'll also handle front desk duties including checking in patients for their appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls to qualified leads from paid advertising campaigns Conduct conversations to understand patient needs and answer questions about implant procedures Book consultation appointments and manage the scheduling process Work within our CRM system to log calls, track interactions, and manage follow-ups Conduct confirmation calls prior to scheduled consultations Check in patients for their appointments and provide front desk support Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication throughout the patient journey Help patients understand the value of premium implant care and our services
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and active listening skills Comfort and confidence making outgoing phone calls Ability to understand and articulate the value of premium dental implant procedures Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and conscientious Genuine passion for helping people improve their lives Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Dental industry experience or knowledge of implant procedures Previous experience in sales or lead generation
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
