This leader drives clinical quality, staff development, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safe, compassionate care.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical service delivery and clinical team leadership (case managers/clinical supervisors). Maintain clinical records, standards, and compliance; ensure alignment with state/federal requirements and CHAP standards. Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff; lead education, competency, and performance improvement. Track census/volume indicators and support staffing and budget decisions with the ED. Lead QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement across patient care. Step in as acting ED when needed. Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive base salary (DOE) PTO/holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, HSA/401(k), mileage reimbursement (if applicable), tuition reimbursement, training programs Requirements Active RN license in the state. BSN preferred (or equivalent leadership experience). 1+ year hospice management experience. Strong leadership, communication, community/customer skills; knowledge of regulations and CHAP standards. Flexible with working hours.
