Job Description

The Opportunity. We are a busy oral surgery practice in Cranberry Township, PA with a strong focus on exceeding our patients' expectations. Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a super-star Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team! Working hours for this full-time position are Monday 7:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30am
  • 3:30pm, and Friday 6:30am
  • 12pm.

  • Ensure every patient feels valued and confident in choosing us for their oral surgery care. Financial coordination
  • Present accurate treatment estimates, discuss financing options, and help patients understand the value of their care. Insurance expertise
  • Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain medical and dental insurance details to patients. Case management
  • Track oral surgery cases to completion and optimize scheduling for efficiency. Administrative excellence
  • Handle patient payments, daily closeouts, and prepare documents for referring providers. Answer and manage calls
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly, provide accurate information, document messages, and assist patients and referring offices professionally.
Qualifications Required Skills for this
Role:
Proven track record of closing dental treatment/cases. Superior organizational skills. Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Must be a team player and work well with others. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience treatment coordination in a medical or dental office. Experience with medical and/or dental insurance benefits. Two-year degree from a college or technical school, preferred. Prior experience in oral surgery experience is a plus
