  • SUMMARY OF POSITION
  • Responsible for interacting with customers relative to all patient account issues while maintaining excellent public relations skills with the primary emphasis being early, proactive intervention to reduce financial risk to the patient and the facility.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
    (S)
  • : + Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. + Minimum one (1) year of additional experience in a customer service setting and knowledgeable of third party payer billing and follow-up.
