Hour Patient Support Specialist Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies to support care access and reimbursement. Live document updates to patient files. Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.
Patient Support Specialist Job Requirements:
