As an Area Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising a team of local Community Representatives and assist in the matching of high school exchange students to host families and local high schools. Daily responsibilities include motivating your team of representatives throughout your territory, student and host family problem solving and host family and student recruitment.
