Job Summary We are a patient-focused, privately owned optometry practice dedicated to providing exceptional eye care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a dependable, motivated and personable Patient Services Representative to join our team. Experience in eye care is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties Patient check-in and check-out Appointment scheduling and calendar management Answering multi-line phone system Greeting patients professionally Insurance Verification & Claims Processing Managing patient records and documentation Handling patient inquiries Cash handling and payment processing Filing and general administrative support Open and close Optometrist exam room Collect patient medical history Perform patient imaging as requested by doctor Skills Friendly and professional demeanor Customer service and patient care Organization and efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependability and punctuality
