We are a boutique biological and whole-health dental practice focused on personalized care, meaningful relationships, and creating a calm, welcoming experience. PM Tuesday:

PM Wednesday:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM Responsibilities Be the welcoming first point of contact for patients Help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through check-out Assist patients with scheduling, financial questions, and general concerns Represent the practice professionally in all patient interactions Answer phones and manage patient communications Check patients in and out Schedule and confirm appointments Collect co-payments, balances, and deposits accurately Perform basic insurance verification Maintain accurate patient records Assist with treatment scheduling and patient follow-up Support daily front office operations Follow office systems and protocols to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of prior dental office experience required Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work independently, follow established systems, and take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable learning new systems and technology Strong written communication skills Social media experience is a plus Compensation $20•26 per hour DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibilities based on performance How to Apply Please submit your resume and professional references for consideration.
