Key Responsibilities Complete provider files during onboarding process to meet state and federal requirements Monitor certification and license expiration dates to ensure required items are updated or providers are removed from the schedule when things expire Communicate directly with providers to obtain required elements of files in a timely manner Update necessary systems with data elements required in an accurate and timely way Demonstrate independent judgment and an ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional and effective working relationships with others Monitor and resolve red flags and alerts that show up for providers in the Credentialing System Required Competencies, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail, highly organized and task driven Ability to interact with internal and external customers to drive desired results and outcomes Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet goals and timelines Flexible and adaptable to new processes and a fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer competency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe professional Experience with Credentialing Systems (Echo, Verity, etc.) a plus Passion for redefining healthcare Education and Experience High School Diploma required 1-2 years experience with onboarding providers, and Credentialing and/or Enrollment preferred Experience with multi state healthcare requirements and NCQA preferred Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job; however, this job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
