About the Role Join a modern hybrid outpatient rehab practice delivering high-quality, 1:1 physical & occupational therapy across home, office, hotels, and wellness settings. Propel combines concierge mobile care with access to a growing in-person wellness and training environment

- no long drives Clinical mentorship and structured professional development Opportunity to specialize in neuro, ortho, vestibular, wellness, or performance care AI-supported documentation workflows designed to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting Opportunities for leadership and program development Responsibilities Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy in-home and within community-based environments Utilize portable and clinic-grade equipment to provide individualized care Develop personalized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, trainers, and families Document efficiently within Prompt EMR Participate in mentorship, case collaboration, and team development initiatives Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) NJ PT license (or eligibility) New graduates welcome•structured mentorship provided Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for relationship-based, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
