Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Bilingual Intake Coordinator Milestone Therapy Overview Description We are looking to hire a Spanish speaking Intake Coordinator to support our Intake department. This hire will be responsible for processing new referral paperwork, calling to verify insurance benefits, communicating directly with families regarding our therapy services and the cost given their individual insurance benefits, and assisting the department as needed as an interpreter. We are looking for someone with a very strong work ethic, professionalism, team player that can also work independently, high organized and a great multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will have worked within a medical office for at least one year and have a complete understanding on how medical insurance benefits work. This is a work from home, remote position. You must live within 30 miles of Waxhaw, NC.
