Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Provides accurate and efficient clerical support for UF Health across the healthcare system by assisting in document imaging operations to include validating, prepping, scanning, indexing, and conducting quality reviews on business office documents while maintaining departmental productivity and accuracy expectations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and efficient clerical support for document imaging operations across the UF Health system. Validate, prepare, scan, and index business office documents into the electronic document management system. Perform quality reviews to ensure scanned documents are complete, accurate, and properly indexed. Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while processing high volumes of documentation. Support the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of patient and business office records. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED/equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of professional data entry experience. Strong keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well-organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient and financial information. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
