Overview Join our dynamic tax firm team as an Intake Coordinator, where your organizational skills and compassionate approach will be vital in welcoming clients and ensuring a smooth entry into our tax services. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, managing client intake processes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our team's efficiency. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and verify their appointment details, ensuring accurate data collection for client records Collect and review client information, including financial details, personal history, and consent forms Schedule appointments and coordinate with tax professionals to optimize daily client flow Maintain organized and up-to-date client files in compliance with privacy regulations Assist with answering phone inquiries, providing clear information about services and appointment procedures Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Collaborate with staff to facilitate seamless communication between clients and professionals Experience Prior experience working in an office setting or professional environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of relevant terminology to accurately interpret client information and documentation Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment Familiarity with administrative support tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record keeping Experience working in a specialized office is a plus Competence in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on client care through efficient administrative support.
