We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Outreach Representative to help introduce our pharmacy to the local community and build lasting relationships. In this role, you'll spend most of your time visiting physician offices, medical clinics, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and local businesses. Your goal is to educate healthcare providers and community partners about the services B7 Pharmacy offers and help connect patients with a pharmacy that puts service first.

Responsibilities:

Visit physician offices, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities throughout the community. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office managers, medical assistants, referral coordinators, and healthcare staff. Introduce B7 Pharmacy and educate providers about our services, including prescription transfers, free delivery, medication synchronization, adherence packaging, immunizations, and personalized patient care. Represent B7 Pharmacy at community events and networking opportunities. Deliver marketing materials and maintain regular follow-up with referral partners. Identify opportunities to grow new patient referrals and increase community awareness. Track outreach activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with new people. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license. Experience in healthcare, outside sales, business development, community outreach, or customer service is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
