We're looking for a detail-loving, claim-taming, reimbursement Rockstar to help us keep our accounts in top shape! In this role, you'll be the go-to pro for insurance billing and claims follow-up — from commercial carriers to Medicare, Medicaid, and everything in between. You'll help patients by ensuring their claims are processed accurately and on time, and help our team by sharing your knowledge, insights, and billing brilliance. This isn't just billing — it's a mix of strategy, detective work, tech-savviness, and leadership. You'll work with various electronic systems, spot trends before they become issues, and support your team with reports, training, and process improvements. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves geeking out over claims codes — this job is calling your name. What You'll Bring to the
Table:
An associate degree OR 7 years of solid billing/claims experience — we value both education and hands-on know-how At least 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or billing office doing what you do best: working insurance claims Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing You're tech-savvy — Excel, Outlook, Word, and 10-key are second nature to you You know your way around HIPAA transaction sets (like 837i), CPT/ICD/HCPCS codes, and revenue codes like a pro Strong critical thinking and communication skills — you're great at solving puzzles and explaining the solution clearly A natural leader who enjoys helping teammates grow and improve Perks of the
