None About the Role The Patient Service Representative (PSR)•MMC BID SAN
plays a key part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and efficient experience for patients across our Southern Region ambulatory practices. As a valued member of the float pool, you will adapt to the needs of various clinic locations while ensuring high-quality administrative and patient-facing support. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer service Answer and route incoming telephone calls Schedule, cancel, and adjust appointments with accuracy and care Support daily clinic operations by performing general office and administrative tasks Collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient information Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications:
Driver's license may be required.Experience:
Experience in a medical office and customer service preferred.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
