Role Overview:
This position serves as a front-line support resource for clients using a healthcare product suite. Responsibilities include handling inbound support requests, troubleshooting issues, documenting activity in CRM systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, development, and account teams. The role also supports onboarding efforts and ongoing client success post go-live.
Key Requirements:
1-2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting Working knowledge of healthcare terminology Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed) Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
