We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview Are you looking to get your foot in the healthcare field? Do you enjoy helping others and working in a fast paced environment where your work truly matters? As a Patient Support Specialist, you will serve as a front line resource for patients and internal teams by providing product support, troubleshooting assistance, and helping ensure patient compliance throughout the monitoring process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, communicating with patients, and being part of a team focused on delivering outstanding patient care and service. Schedule We currently have two openings available with the following schedules: Position 1 11:30am - 8:00pm Days off will be either: Tuesday and Sunday or Wednesday and Thursday Position 2 10:00am - 6:30pm Days off: Tuesday and Saturday What You Will Do Communicate with patients, customers, and internal staff via phone to maintain patient compliance and provide support Troubleshoot devices and assist with supply orders and shipment tracking Document patient interactions and maintain FDA compliance requirements Manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary software to document and monitor activity Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned What We Are Looking For High School diploma required; college experience preferred but not required Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administrative support, or call center environments preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Self motivated and goal oriented mindset Strong written and verbal English communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment Ability to remain seated and on the phone for extended periods throughout the workday Why Join Pivotal Health? ✨ Medical, dental, and vision insurance ✨ 401(k) with company support ✨ Life insurance, STD, and LTD coverage ✨ Generous PTO package ✨ Paid holidays and floating holidays ✨ Growth and advancement opportunities across multiple departments ✨ The opportunity to make a real impact on patient care every day Additional Requirement - Florida Candidates All candidates located in Florida will be required to complete a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse prior to employment.
