Role Overview We are seeking a motivated professional from a registration (non-clinical) background who is eager to grow within BayCare and build a long-term career, with interest in developing toward a leadership or manager track. This role is responsible for performing functions across multiple registrar modalities, including: Reception Registration Scheduling Financial counseling Bed control Cashier functions
Insurance verification/authorization The team member will demonstrate proficiency across all Registrar functions within the department.
Additional responsibilities include:
Resolving registrar and customer service issues Processing payroll Maintaining department staffing schedules Assisting leadership with team guidance and direction Participating in coaching and counseling Supporting annual performance evaluations
Rotating shifts and performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education Required:
High School Diploma or GED Experience Required:
