Job Description

That's why we're looking for a Registration Associate who brings kindness, organization, and attention to detail to every interaction. What You'll Do:
Be the welcoming face for patients and visitors. Perform patient check-in and check-out with efficiency and care. Register new patients and update existing information in our EMR system. Verify insurance, complete necessary paperwork, collect payments, and post account balances. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Always maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Support the Dental department with administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED (required). Completion of a medical assistant training program (preferred). Previous experience in a medical office setting (preferred). Strong customer service skills — you put patients first! Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Computer savvy with experience in EMR systems.
