In this role, you'll help connect children and families with programs that strengthen communities, improve outcomes, and create brighter futures. Do:
Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for families seeking support and services. Assess family needs and connect them to the most appropriate Children's Friend programs and community resources. Screen referrals and applications, determine program eligibility, and support the enrollment process. Maintain accurate client records and data within agency and external databases. Follow up with families, referral partners, and community providers to ensure timely communication and service coordination. Build strong partnerships with internal teams and community organizations. Promote Children's Friend programs through outreach, education, and community engagement activities. Help ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and efficient program operations. 🧠 What You Bring High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Experience working with children, families, or community-based programs Experience with administrative support, data entry, databases, reporting, or case coordination Strong computer skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience conducting outreach and engaging community partners 🌱 Why Join Children s Friend?
