Monday-Thursday, M-Th 8:30 am - 5 pm; Fri 8:30 AM - 4 PM About the Role We are seeking two reliable and professional Medical Office Assistants to join a busy medical practice in Beaufort, SC. The ideal candidates will provide outstanding front office support and patient service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner Manage check-out procedures and ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled Answer multi-line phones, return messages, and route calls appropriately Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with clinical staff Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, scan and file documents Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all patient records (EMR) Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a clinical setting Why You'll Love This Opportunity Supportive, professional team environment Consistent daytime schedule with early Fridays Competitive hourly pay and room for growth
