We're looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our luxury medical spa. At Lexington Aesthetics Medical Spa, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, beautiful results, and creating an experience our patients love. If you're friendly, detail oriented, and enjoy social media, we'd love to meet you! What We're Looking For Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM-3:00 PM) Friendly, outgoing, and dependable Detail oriented and organized Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment Experience with social media content creation, posting, reels, stories, and engagement Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Responsibilities Welcome every patient and create an exceptional experience Answer questions about treatments, services, and skincare Create social media content, film behind-the-scenes videos, capture treatment footage, post stories, and engage with followers Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Support the team wherever needed and help keep the day running smoothly Why You'll Love Working Here Fun, supportive, and positive team culture Beautiful, state-of-the-art medical spa Employee discounts on treatments and skincare Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding practice If you love people, enjoy being creative, and want to be part of a team that's passionate about helping others feel confident, we'd love to hear from you!
