Job Description

We are looking to fill our Tuesday to Saturday shift from 2pm - 11pm. What are the Intake Coordinator responsibilities? As an Intake Coordinator, you will ensure a memorable experience by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying the prospect clients needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner to help determine if we can assist the prospect client on their legal case. Obtains client information by answering incoming calls; interviewing clients; verifying information Enter client information into the Case Management System Determines eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information Sets appointments on calendars to include time, place, and investigator availability or office if appropriate Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets What can we offer?
