NP - Pre Admission Testing (PAT)

Job Requirements Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, Anesthesia Team to help with Pre Admission Testing (PAT) in Upstate South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. New grads will not be considered. This position is no direct patient care

• all chart review and documentation. Position Highlights Monday
• Friday; 8:30am
• 5:00pm Hybrid position: combination of onsite work and remote days No nights, no call, no weekends Review surgical patient charts and document pre-anesthesia evaluation in Epic EMR Review EKGs, labs, and cardiac imaging to determine if patient is appropriate for surgery or if additional intervention is needed Review prior anesthetic history for previous anesthetic complications Review patient home medications and follow approved protocols for pre-surgery medication administration instructions Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary $3,500 annual CME allowance + 5 paid CME days PTO package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan options Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
