JOB TITLE

Patient Services Representative/Front Desk AREA :

Arcis Healthcare, Lowcountry Orthopaedics (Tricom office and all satellites)/Front Desk

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families; check patients in/out, collect copays, and schedule appointments.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Front Office Manager

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP

None

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE

At least two years' experience as a patient representative, or equivalent position, in a medical office setting.
