Patient Service Representative - Registration We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical histories Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and support Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Assist with billing and payment processing as needed Support patient education and provide guidance on healthcare services and procedures Join our team and be part of a supportive, patient-centered organization committed to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. Requirements:
