Job Description

Duties:
  • Monitor patients vitals , mental health and medical status while under
SPRAVATO
(Nasal Esketamine) treatments on site.
  • Actively call patients interested in SPRAVATO, provide patient education to increase likelihood they will start treatment based on medical necessity and criteria
  • Work cohesively as a team member alongside
SPRAVATO
coordinator Document progress note on each
SPRAVATO
patient
  • Provide patient education regarding benefits, safety and follow up instructions regarding
SPRAVATO
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner
  • Assist with family planning services
  • Practice infection control measures in accordance with established protocols
  • Perform minor procedures such as suturing
Skills:
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in primary care
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems like Cerner Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
  • Understanding of utilization review processes for medical services Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
