Job Description:
The Ward Clerk is responsible for maintaining patient record information, tracts information regarding active patients, referrals, supplies and staff to assist with fulfilling patients' needs.
Qualifications:
Basic skills required include typing; computer literacy; knowledge of medical terminology; filing, customer service; and knowledge of admission procedures, and discharges. Experience with hospice/healthcare preferred Must be organized and detail oriented Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Effective written and verbal communication Clean background and drug screen
