Job Duties:
Provide initial customer service experience to all patients and visitors, by greeting them in a warm and welcoming manner Provide patients appointment scheduling and confirming of appointments Facilitate patient check-in's and check-out's Collect and post payments received by patients Complete patient intake, conduct patient insurance verifications and authorizations Create patient files and maintain confidentiality of medical records

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Experience in a customer service related role preferred 1
  • 2 years hospital admissions / physician office experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred This position will rotate between our Bedford, Keller, and Mansfield offices. Our office hours are Monday
