Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients, visitors, and providers in a professional and friendly manner Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility Register new patients and update existing patient records Collect copays and process patient payments as required Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in electronic systems Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow Address patient concerns and provide excellent customer service Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with appointment scheduling and patient registration Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a physician practice, clinic, or healthcare setting Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems Experience verifying insurance benefits and patient eligibility Bilingual skills are a plus Why work for Adecco?
