Full-Time About the Role We are hiring an experienced Medical Office Specialist to support front office operations, patient scheduling, and insurance processing. Experience with insurance verification, referrals, prior authorizations, and procedure workflows is
REQUIRED
for this position. Key Responsibilities Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for all visit types and procedures Complete and track referrals and prior authorizations (imaging, procedures, injections, specialists) Confirm CPT/ICD‑10 codes and medical necessity before submitting authorizations Schedule patients, answer phones, and manage front desk workflow Update and maintain accurate EHR documentation Support billing with documentation review and claim follow‑up Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a medical office performing insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10 codes and procedure workflows Experience with EMR systems Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual preferred Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment Prior clinic or hospital experience strongly preferred Why Work With Us Supportive team, stable environment, and opportunities for professional growth in healthcare administration.
