Job Description

Patient Service Representative - Specialty Clinic New Braunfels, TX We're partnering with a well-established specialty clinic in New Braunfels to add a Patient Service Representative to their growing team. If you have experience in a medical front office and enjoy helping patients navigate their care, this is a strong opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment.

New Braunfels, TX Pay:
$15-$18/hour (depending on experience) Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Dress code: Solid, dark-colored scrubs Contract-to-hire (600 hours) with long-term potential
What You'll Do:
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes Verify insurance coverage and complete prior authorizations Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Answer and direct incoming patient calls Deliver a professional and positive patient experience
