Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Rockwall :

The Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admits patients and processes their paperwork; Updates patient demographics/information in system; Collects monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications:

Education High school diploma or GED Required Experience One-year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred. Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required. Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial Good communication skills.
