Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our office. Our practice's vision is to be the leading dental practice to provide the HIGHEST quality of care and patient experiences to our patients so that they would refer all their friends and family to us! This is what has helped us grow and continues to be our philosophy of patient care.

The Patient Coordinator will serve as a key leader within the practice, demonstrating a proven history of success, collaboration, and strong working relationships with both doctors and team members. This role requires a confident, proactive individual who can guide and mentor the administrative team, ensuring consistent training, development, and high-quality performance across the front office. Core responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, verifying insurance coverage, calculating treatment fees, coordinating financial arrangements, and clearly educating patients on their treatment options. The Patient Coordinator will also oversee timely follow-up and treatment coordination while providing hands-on support in daily front office operations to maintain an efficient, patient-focused environment. Mon and Thurs:
9-6pm
Tues and Fri:
8-5pm
Wed:
9-2pm Must have prior dental front desk experience , including using dental software and working with a wide range of dental insurance plans. Must be exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and positive , and enjoy being part of a team that values great attitudes and having fun at work. Fully committed to delivering 5-star customer service , as this is the core vision of our practice. Tech-savvy, professional, and able to navigate systems with ease. A true team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to support growth and maintain a thriving practice environment. Experience with Open Dental software is required. Background check will be conducted upon job offering. •
