- San Marcos, TX Position Overview Williams-Sebby Veterinary Clinic & Pet Resort is seeking a motivated, reliable, and energetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, enjoys working with people and pets, and can manage multiple responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner Check clients in and out for appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist with client inquiries Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Explain medications, preventatives, and treatment plans to clients Assist clients with questions regarding their pet's care Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Process payments and handle transactions Communicate effectively with doctors and medical staff Perform general cleaning and administrative duties All other duties as assigned What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication and customer service skills Be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Be a team player with a positive attitude Be dependable, punctual, and professional Be comfortable working with animals and pet owners Have strong attention to detail Be willing to learn and grow within the practice Preferred Qualifications Previous veterinary or medical office experience (preferred but not required) Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems is a plus Basic knowledge of pet medications and preventatives is a bonus Why Join WSVC?
