Job Description

Home Healthcare Intake Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements:
Authorization & Eligibility Supply and DME tracking Order tracking Referral intake Care coordination Tracking Acct payables Data Entry General office admin work, answering phones, printer, office supplies, vendor mgmt, setting up new employees etc Responsible for contacting insurance companies to secure preauthorization required for patients. You will ensure the information obtained is complete and accurate, follow up on requests, and use knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other Third-Party Payer. Request needed paperwork from physicians, patients, and employees. Maintain clear and constant communication with the team. Individual must have previous experience, time management, and multitasking skills, Strong interpersonal skills & attention to details. Medical knowledge is a plus
