Job Description
About the role You are the warm, in-person face of our clinic and the person who keeps the front desk and daily schedule running smoothly. You make every patient feel welcomed and cared for, and you keep the day on time. What you'll do
- Greet every patient by name — unhurried and genuinely welcoming
- Build and manage the daily schedule, and book/reschedule appointments
- Answer scheduling and routine phone calls (new-patient calls go to our Treatment Coordinator)
- Open and close the clinic, and keep the space calm, clean, and stocked
- Get exam and procedure rooms ready and turn them over through the day
- Check patients in and out in person, and take payments at the desk
- Make arrival feel special — their drink ready and their music playing, with no paperwork
- Hand patients off smoothly to the doctor and the Treatment Coordinator Who you are
- Warm, friendly, and calm on a busy day
- Organized and reliable; good with a calendar and a tidy, ready space
- Comfortable with everyday technology (we'll train you on our systems)
- A team player who enjoys making people feel taken care of What we're looking for
- 1+ year in a front desk, customer service, or healthcare setting preferred
- Dependable, punctual attendance is an absolute must
- Available on-site in Sandy, UT on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays Why you'll like it here
