We're seeking a Registration Coordinator who enjoys helping others, excels at customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll welcome patients, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance information, and partner with clinical teams to keep our clinics running smoothly. What You'll Do Patient Experience Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Registration & Insurance Support Accurately register patients, maintain demographic and insurance information, verify eligibility and authorizations, collect copays, and support a smooth and efficient registration process. Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration Partner with providers, clinical staff, and support teams to coordinate patient care, manage communications, and support the daily administrative operations that keep the clinic running efficiently. What You'll Bring Customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience Strong communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work collaboratively Healthcare, scheduling, insurance, or EMR experience is a plus This organization participates in e-Verify.
